CANCELLATION POLICY

Nefertiti's Palace LLC Cancellation Policy To respect the time of all clients and maintain appointment availability, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-show appointments, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
